Question:

What if I have to cancel?

Answer:

Of course we hope that you can make it to the Games this year and participate with over 10,600 of your closest friends, but we recognize that things sometimes happen.  The Huntsman World Senior Games has one of the most liberal cancelation policies in the industry.  If you send us a written notice of your cancellation / request for refund (by e-mail, mail or fax) by September 30, 2014, we will send you a refund equal to the registration fee you paid less a $25 processing fee.  Refund checks will be mailed by the end of October.  There will be no refunds for requests received after September 30, 2014.

Question:

How can I find my partner's athlete number?

Answer:

The best and easiest way to get your partner’s Huntsman World Senior Games athlete number is to contact this partner directly and ask for their number.  This way, you and the prospective partner can be sure of the partnership and that you both want to participate in the Games together.

The athlete number does not change from year to year.  This number can be found in the confirmation email received from the Games upon registering.  It can also be found on last year’s identification badge.  It is a good practice to write this number down and keep it in an easy to find location.

If you or your partner are unable to locate the athlete number, please feel free to call the Games’ office (800-562-1268) for assistance.

Question:

When I register a TEAM for the Games, why do I have to create a new account?

Answer:

Since there are so many changes in teams from year to year (i.e., team managers/captains, team age divisions, team numbers, etc.), each year, team managers/captains need to set up new team accounts. Remember, this also means you need to set up a new username/password for your new team account.

Question:

How do I nominate someone for the Huntsman World Senior Games Hall of Fame?

Answer:

The Huntsman World Senior Games established the Hall of Fame to provide recognition to those persons, including athletes, volunteers, sponsors and pioneers, who have made an exceptional contribution to the Games. In an effort to retain the integrity and credibility of this recognition, the Hall of Fame selection committee is very careful in its selection process.

Nominating someone is quite simple.  Visit http://www.seniorgames.net/about/halloffame/, download the Hall of Fame Nomination Form and Criteria.  Fill it out, you can type right in the document.  Then either fax (435-674-0589) or email it to the Games office (hwsg@seniorgames.net).  But you'll want to hurry because the deadline is March 31.
