Session A
Wednesday, Oct. 8 - Stratified Pairs
9:30 am - 1:30 pm  and  2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Session B
Thursday, Oct. 9 - Stratified Pairs
9:30 am - 1:30 pm  and  2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Session C
Friday, Oct. 10 - Swiss Teams
9:30 am - 2:00 pm

Age Divisions – Two Age Divisions, Based on Entries

Sport Fee:
$18 Per Person - Includes All Three Sessions

REGISTRATION RULES
• Participation is limited to the first 120 Athletes
• Players may play in Session A, Session B, Session C or any combination of the three sessions.

FORMAT / RULES

• Tournament is ACBL approved (Sanction #O1410121).
• ACBL Laws of Duplicate Bridge will govern the tournament.
• Format is Duplicate Bridge.  All Masterpoints awarded are Silver.
• There will be a Certified Director.
• You do not need to be an ACBL member to participate, but Instant Memberships ($28 for first time members) are available.  Non-ACBL members must pay a $1 participation fee at the venue check-in table.
• All play is non-smoking, with breaks.
• Country Club dress code applies – No tank-tops, short-shorts, etc.
• Participants will be divided into two divisions based on age. 
• Session A will consist of one (1) two-session Pairs event on Wednesday. 
Session B will consist of one (1) two-session Pairs event on Thursday.
Session C will consist of one (1) single-session of Swiss Teams on Friday.
• If a participant cannot attend an event due to illness or conflict with another sport, he/she must contact the Sport Director by 8:00 am on the morning of the event that he/she is expected.  A substitute will be found for that event and the participant may return for subsequent events.  Failure to notify the Sport Director by the appropriate time will result in a permanent substitute replacing the participant for all remaining events with all awards going to the substitute. 
• Participants must present their HWSG ID Badge at the venue check-in desk no later than 30 minutes prior to the beginning of Session A, Session B and Session C. 

MEDALS
• Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded for the highest scores for Session A, Session B and Session C, in each age division. 
• Overall medals will be awarded to the person/pair for the highest cummulative scores of all three events (combined) for each age division.
• All medals will be awarded at the Sport Sponsor Social - Awards Ceremony on Friday, following the Session C game.
