Registration Deadline: 
Early Bird Deadline (Save $20) – August 1
Final Registration Deadline – September 1

Registration Rules: 
• SASS rules will apply.
• Dixie Desperados is the hosting club.
• Registration is limited to the first 300 shooters.
• 12-Stage Shoot: Participants must indicate their Shooting Division on their registration form.
• Team events:  4 & 6 Person Team
• Posse requests for spouses will be honored.  All other posse requests will be honored if or when possible.

Format / Rules: 
• Participants must present their Games ID Badge at the venue check-in desk prior to their first event - see event schedule.
• Participants must provide their own equipment, guns and ammunition.
• Participants are required to attend daily safety meetings prior to the start of each event - see event schedule.
• Participants must adhere to SASS-CAS dress code guidelines at the range and at social events.
• Eye and ear protection is required for all participants and spectators during all events.
• Time + Miss = Score for Side Matches and Stage events.
• Black-powder is cartridge or cap. 
• Score for missed Stage will be a penalty of the number available missed penalties plus 30 seconds.
• Shooting through the Posse Sequence will not be allowed.
• Team events and Top gun Shoot Off will be organized on site. 
• Teams will be selected by random draw prior to the start of the Team events.  All shooters will be eligible.

10:00 am - Wild Bunch Shooters Meeting and 4 Stage Match

Wednesday, Oct. 7
7:30 am - Range Check-in
8:30 am - Shooters Safety Meeting
8:45 am - 11:45 - Side Matches
1:00pm - Shotgun Challenge and 4 Stage Warm up Match

Thursday, Oct. 8
8:00 am - Range Check-in
8:45 am - Shooters Safety Meeting
9:00  am - 6 Stage Main Match

Friday, Oct. 9
8:45 am - Shooters Safety Meeting
9:00 am - 6 Stage Main Match
1:00 pm - Side Match Awards

Saturday, Oct. 10
9:00 am - Team Events and Top Gun Shoot Off (Open to all)

Medals: 
• Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top shooters in each event and each division.
• Overall Medal will be awarded to top man and top woman for the main Match (12 Stage Shoot)
