Southern Utah Shooting Sports Park - One mile past the Washington County Regional Park / Fairgrounds (5650 West 700 South, Hurricane)

REGISTRATION  RULES

• SASS rules will apply.
• Dixie Desperados is the hosting club.
• Registration is limited to the first 300 shooters.
• 12-Stage Shoot: Participants must indicate their Shooting Division on their registration form.
• There will be a minimum of five shooters per division.
• Team events:  Couples & 6-Man Team
• Posse requests for spouses will be honored.  All other posse requests will be honored when possible.

FORMAT / RULES
• Participants must present their HWSG ID Badge at the venue check-in desk prior to their first event - see event schedule.
• Participants must provide their own equipment, guns and ammunition.
• Participants are required to attend daily safety meetings prior to the start of each event - see event schedule.
• Participants must adhere to SASS-CAS dress code guidelines at the range and at social events.
• Eye and ear protection is required for all participants and spectators during all events.
• One of the Side Matches will be a Plainsman event.
• Time + Miss = Score for Side Matches and Stage events.
• Black-powder is cartridge or cap. 
• Score for missed Stage will be a penalty of the number available missed penalties plus 30 seconds.
• Shooting through the Posse Sequence will not be allowed.
• Man-to-Man and Team events will be organized on site. 
• With the exception of the Couples team event, teams will be selected by random draw prior to the start of the Team event.  All shooters will be eligible.

11:00 am - Wild Bunch Match: 5 Stages

8:45 am - Shooters Safety Meeting
9:00 am - Side Matches
Noon - Plainsman Event: 3 Stages;  Shotgun Challenge

Thursday, Oct. 9
8:00 am - Venue Check-in
8:45 am - Shooters Safety Meeting
9:00  am - 12 Stage Shoot: 6 stages

Friday, Oct. 10
8:45 am - Shooters Safety Meeting
9:00 am - 12 Stage Shoot: 6 Stages
2:30 pm - Side Matches Awards and Berry Social

Saturday, Oct. 11
9:00 am - Team Events and Top 16 Shoot Off (Men and Women)

MEDALS
• Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top shooters in each event and each division.
• Overall Medals will be awarded for Main Match (12 Stage Shoot) and Wild Bunch competitions.
